The Practice
This is a modern, design-led independent practice with a reputation for offering bespoke eyewear and an experience that simply can’t be replicated by larger chains. Patients visit because they value quality, craftsmanship and expert advice, and you’ll have the time to deliver exactly that.
You’ll be working with carefully selected luxury and independent frame collections, providing tailored dispensing solutions and helping patients choose eyewear that genuinely suits both their vision and their lifestyle.
The Role
As the practice’s Dispensing Optician, you’ll play an integral part in delivering an exceptional patient journey from beginning to end.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Expert dispensing and frame styling.
- Taking precise measurements and fitting bespoke eyewear.
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the patient journey.
- Working closely with the Optometrist to ensure every patient receives the highest standard of care.
- Helping maintain the premium presentation and welcoming atmosphere of the practice.
About You
You’ll be a qualified GOC registered Dispensing Optician who enjoys working in an independent setting where quality always comes before quantity.
You’ll ideally be someone who:
- Takes genuine pride in delivering outstanding patient care.
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Enjoys styling patients with premium eyewear.
- Appreciates craftsmanship, sustainability and attention to detail.
- Wants to work somewhere that values expertise rather than sales targets.
