Location: South West London

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Optical Assistant who enjoys building genuine relationships with patients and takes pride in delivering a first-class customer journey.

The Role:
- Welcoming patients and delivering an outstanding front-of-house experience
- Supporting patients with frame styling and lens recommendations
- Managing appointments and helping maintain efficient daily operations
- Carrying out pre-screening tests (training available if required)
- Supporting the dispensing process with excellent attention to detail
- Maintaining a professional, warm and inviting practice environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working as an Optical Assistant
- Independent practice experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Strong communication and customer care skills
- Passion for optics, eyewear and delivering premium service
- Professional, organised and dependable approach
- Comfortable working with luxury products and tailored patient journeys
- Someone who enjoys being part of a supportive team environment
