This is an opportunity to take ownership of a well-established, high-demand specialist desk in Optical & Audiology. You ll inherit live vacancies, repeat clients, and an engaged candidate network, so you re not starting from scratch. Your success here is driven by quality conversations, commercial judgement, and delivery, not pointless KPIs.
You ll suit this role if you re an experienced recruiter who values ownership, autonomy, and doing recruitment properly. We back our consultants with trust, structure, and support and we celebrate success properly too.

o Mon Thurs: 08:30 17:00
o Friday: 08:30 15:00

You ll take ownership of a well-established, high-demand desk with live vacancies, repeat clients, and an active candidate network already in place. You re not starting from zero the foundations are there. Your success will come from your ability to advise, build relationships, and deliver quality outcomes, not just rack up activity.
