Inspired Selections
We are currently supporting a well-established optical practice in a popular market town with strong community feel, seeking a Senior Optical Assistant who is ready to step up into management or currently is, to join their friendly and high-performing team.
YOU MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 12 MONTHS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITHIN OPTICS. IF NOT, YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED
Salary: up to £28,500 (depending on experience)
Hours: Full time – 40 hours per week – Closed on Sundays
Location: Bradford
Experience: Dispensing to all levels
Responsibilities
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
- Providing high-quality dispensing and frame styling
- Delivering excellent customer service and patient care
- Pre-screening and supporting clinics
- Booking appointments and managing patient records
- Supporting stock management and merchandising
- Building strong relationships with patients
- Working closely with the clinical and management team

Experience Required:
- Optical experience is essential
- Current Assistant Manager OR someone ready to step up into management
- Confident supporting and guiding a small team
