To reassure you about your decisions we offer you our industry leading 60 day Happiness Promise on your glasses. If you are unhappy with your frames or, your spectacle lenses are not working as you had hoped, we will exchange them no questions asked.

whenever you need it, free of charge, even if it is for your friend or relative. Please just pop in and chat with one of our friendly Vision Experts.
Our Eyewear Promise
For the life of your glasses, we are here to offer you free adjustments, servicing and minor repairs free of charge. Well maintained, quality spectacles should last several years, that’s why we provide you with our free cleaning spray to help keep them in optimum condition.
Our Price Promise
Because our Vision Experts specialise in tailoring your eyewear uniquely to your needs, you might expect us to be expensive. However, we manufacture your glasses in our own laboratory and this helps us confidently offer you our Price Promise that we’ve run for over 10 years.
If you find the same glasses (the same frame and the same lens design) cheaper at another local opticians within 60 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference and donate £10 to a charity of your choice.
A modern pair of glasses is so technically advanced these days and so, we promise to worry about the technical stuff, use plain English and explain things in the way that you would prefer. All we ask is that you allow us the time to make you the best glasses for your needs.
