Full Time | Up to £30,000

The Opportunity
We’re working with a prestigious independent optical practice in Beaconsfield, known for its luxury eyewear, exceptional patient care, and strong clinical standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Optical Assistant to step into a role with real responsibility. You’ll play a key part in the day-to-day running of the practice, while also having the flexibility to support nearby branches when required.

Key Responsibilities

Dispensing high-end eyewear and lenses tailored to individual patient needs

Delivering a first-class customer experience in line with a boutique setting

Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice

Assisting and guiding colleagues to maintain high standards across the team

Working closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient journey
What We’re Looking For
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Optical Assistant

Strong dispensing knowledge is essential

Previous experience in a high-end or boutique practice is required

Confident supporting team members and leading by example

Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport

Commercially aware with a proactive mindset

Professional, well-presented, and committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience
The Package

Salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience)

Full-time – 5 days per week (including Saturdays)
