Responsibilities of the Optical Practice Manager
Whilst working in this role you will have some key duties to carry out, these are as follows;

You must have background experience in this role or a similar role.

You must make sure that the correct working procedures are carried out on each customer.

You must carry out staff training and ensure that all members of your team are hitting KPIs and various targets.

You will be dividing your work between managing and dispensing, which should be lead with an example mentality.
Requirements of the Optical Practice Manager
To have success in this role, our client asks for some minimum requirements, these are as follows;

You must be have previous experience managing a small team in a fast-paced environment.

You must have experience of monitoring staff performance and areas for development.

You must have a clear understanding of KPI’s, setting goals and hitting targets.

You must have experience in dealing with recruitment and appraisals and managing team expectations.
Benefits for the Optical Practice Manager
Our client is prepared to offer a competitive salary of £23,000 to £28,000 dependant on the candidates experience and performance as an Optical Practice Manager.
