Salary: Up to 45,000 depending on experience
Hours: Full time | 37.5 hours per week including weekends
Location: Belfast
Experience: Qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser with a minimum of 12 months experience

Responsibilities:
- Conduct 1-hour hearing assessments, taking the time to understand each customer’s individual needs and lifestyle.
- Recommend, fit and demonstrate hearing solutions tailored to each customer, providing a truly personalised experience.
- Deliver excellent aftercare and ongoing support, building trusted, long-term relationships with customers.
- Play an active role in the continued growth of the Hearcare business, with the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and progress your career.
What we are looking for:
To get started, you’ll need to be a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care.
You’ll also bring:
- Excellent attention to detail
- A motivated and positive approach
- Strong teamwork skills
- A genuine desire to develop and progress
- A customer-focused approach to your work
