Optometrist – On Site (No Sundays)
Cheshire | £42,000–£60,000 DOE (Pro‑Rata) | 4-5 days

About the Practice
This is a large, beautiful store with a big pre-screen area, including OCT, autorefractor, and auto phoropter linked directly to the pre-screen space. With over 11,000 frames in-store, there’s plenty to explore for patients and team members alike.
You’ll be joining a friendly, highly trusted team focused on delivering excellent eye care, offering NHS & private exams, dry-eye treatment, retinal imaging, designer frames, and hearing care. The owner encourages professional development, supporting pre-reg Optometrists and specialist training, so you can grow your skills while providing top-quality care.
The practice also welcomes pre-registration Optometrists. For these candidates, the NHS reimburses part of the exam fees, with the practice supporting training and supervision. This gives pre-regs invaluable hands-on experience while allowing the practice to invest in your professional growth. On top of this, there’s a generous monthly bonus (around £1,800) to reward your contribution to the team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting thorough eye examinations in a double-testing environment with 30-minute test times
- Using advanced diagnostic tools including OCT, autorefractor, and auto phoropter
- Delivering outstanding patient care across multiple locations
- Supporting pre-reg Optometrists and contributing to their development
- Helping maintain the practice’s high standards in specialist clinical services
