Are you an Optical Sales Professional in Manchester if so this role is for you!
Up to £28,0000 Basic + Uncapped Commission | Monday – Friday | Free Designer Glasses Every Year
YOU MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3-YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITHIN OPTICS.

The Role
As a key member of the team, you will:
Engage with every patient, ensuring they receive the best products and services.
Work closely with the Optometrist to provide a seamless and high-quality patient experience.
Lead the practice’s sales strategy, contributing ideas to drive growth and performance.
Dispense glasses and provide expert recommendations on lens and frame choices.
The Ideal Candidate
Has excellent organisational and Optical GOS/NHS knowledge
Strong sales and conversion skills, with a results-driven mindset.
Passionate about optics and optical fashion.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to contribute to business success.
Customer care is everything and the practice is looking for someone who delivers it with a smile.
