Responsibilities of the Trainer
You will have some key duties to carry out in this role, these are as follows:

You must be able to understand the various areas of training and how to educate your team to carry out their job.

You must be able to split your work in different departments of the business, for example working in admin to plan the training schemes for your team or shadow new staff just starting out.

You must be build relationships with your peers as you will be directly reporting to your department manager.

You must have a some leadership skills as you will be expected to inform members of the team on their individual tasks.
Requirements of the Trainer
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

You must have background experience in training a team.
-
You must be able to understand the needs of those you are training and create plans that best suits their skills.
-
You must have clear communication skills.
-
You must be able to deliver your training in an effective way.
-
You must have knowledge of how to deal with KPI’s and maintain a target focused attitude to your work.
-
You must be able to dispense across all levels.
-
You must be a team player and have good customer service qualities.
Benefits for the Trainer
In return for your efforts, our client is prepared to offer a competitive salary of £18,000 on top of a fantastic bonus scheme… that’s around £160 a month!
You will also receive 4 weeks paid holiday which rises to 5 weeks as increments apply.
