Here’s everything you need to know about our referral process.
Optics:
Refer an OA and we’ll give you £100*
Refer a QDO/CLO/Manager and we’ll give you £250*
Refer an Optometrist and we’ll give you £500*
Audiology:
Refer an Audiologist to us and we’ll give you £250*
The Referral process:
If you have someone you would like to refer, doing so is quick and easy. You can either call us or email us using the following information⬇️

We’ll need to know the details of the person you’re referring and which position you are referring them for.
In order to receive your ‘reward’ the candidate must be placed and work within the role and establishment for at least 1 month.
If your referral meets the requirements and conditions* of our referral process you will need to contact us.
Terms and Conditions
In order to receive your promised amount the candidate that you have referred to us MUST be successfully placed. Additionally, the candidate MUST work within this role and establishment for at least ONE month.
The reward will only be given if the candidate you have referred meets these requirements. The reward will be given in the form of an Amazon Gift Card only. Under no circumstances will Inspired Selections provide this reward as cash.
