With low staff turnover, up-to-date clinical tech and a strong commitment to patient care, this practice offers a genuinely supportive and forward-thinking environment to grow your career.
What’s on Offer
- Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 depending on experience
- Bonus: Based on both team sales and individual conversions

About the Role
- 30-minute sight tests and contact lens appointments
- Clinical engagement through referrals and enhanced care
- Working in a practice that prioritises patient outcomes

Who They’re Looking For
- A GOC-registered Optometrist, ideally full-time but open to part-time
- Someone who’s clinically minded, with a patient-first mindset
- A good communicator who brings calm, confidence and kindness
