Optical Retail Practice Manager
Location: Telford Area
Salary: Competitive, up to £28,000 (DOE) + £5,000 Bonus
Hours: Full-Time (9:00 am – 5:30 pm, including one weekend day)

What You’ll Be Doing
As the Optical Practice Manager, you will:
- Lead the Team: Inspire and manage a team of retail and optical staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Oversee Store Operations: Ensure smooth and efficient running of the store, meeting both retail and clinical objectives.
- Drive Sales and Performance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), implement sales strategies, and achieve targets.
- Deliver Excellence: Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring every patient receives top-quality care.
- Training and Development: Support the team’s growth by identifying skill gaps and providing tailored coaching and training plans.
- Stock and Inventory Management: Ensure stock levels are maintained, and merchandising standards are upheld to maximize sales.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in optical retail management or optical leadership role.
- Leadership Skills: Confident, approachable, and skilled at training, delegating, and managing a team effectively.
- Retail Expertise: Strong understanding of store operations, including sales, customer service, and team development.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and staff.
- Customer-Focused: Passionate about delivering a seamless and personalized customer journey.
