£30,000–£32,000 | Brand New Practice
We’re recruiting an experienced Optical Practice Manager to lead a brand-new practice opening in North Glasgow. This is your chance to shape the culture, build the team and set the standards from the ground up.
You don’t need to be a qualified Dispensing Optician. Strong management experience within optics is what matters.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the practice
- Recruiting, leading and developing your team
- Driving performance and ensuring KPIs are met
- Maintaining high clinical and customer care standards
- Managing stock, rotas and operational processes
- Creating a positive, motivated and patient-focused culture from day one
