We’re currently supporting a well-established optical business finding experienced dispensers. You’ll be part of a supportive, growth-focused team culture that actively encourages development and progression.

- Salary: £25,812 per year
- Bonus: £100–£150 per month (based on shared team sales targets)
- Hours: 40 hours per week 09:00 – 18:00 (1-hour lunch) | Alternate – full or one weekend

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting Optometrists and Dispensing staff in delivering excellent patient care
- Dispensing and fitting spectacles
- Guiding patients through their journey with friendly, professional service
- Supporting the wider team to achieve smooth daily operations
- Playing a key role in building a positive, high-performing team environment
