We’re on the lookout for an experienced optical professional to step into a Mobile Practice Manager role, supporting a number of busy, successful stores across the Glasgow area.
If you’re a strong, hands-on leader who enjoys variety, thrives on structure, and knows how to get the best from a team – this could be your next move.
You don’t need to be a qualified Dispensing Optician – what matters is people leadership, commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support day-to-day operations across several stores.
- Motivate and develop teams to meet commercial and service KPIs.
- Ensure smooth, professional patient journeys in every location.
- Cover management duties as needed and keep standards consistently high.
- Be the reliable, capable presence across the region.
What We’re Looking For:
- Optical or retail management experience is essential.
- Confident in leading teams, juggling priorities, and solving problems.
- Previous multi-site experience is a plus – but not a dealbreaker.
- Flexible, organised, and happy to move between stores as needed.
- Focused on high standards and excellent service.
