If you’re a GOC-registered Dispensing Optician Manager with at least 12 months’ experience, and you’re looking for a role that breaks the mold – this is your moment!

No traditional testing rooms, no slow service – just high-energy, high-quality eyewear and exceptional customer care. And right now, our buzzing Shepherd’s Bush practice needs a passionate leader like you to steer the ship.

Full-time role: 9:00 – 5:30.
Saturday availability required.
Work with an amazing range of products and offer quick service turnaround

What You Bring:
GOC-registered Dispensing Optician with a solid track record
A minimum of 12 months’ experience in optics (managerial experience a bonus!)
A natural people person who loves leading by example
A sales-driven mindset that inspires your team to hit targets Ready to take on leadership responsibilities and make an impact
