The Opportunity
We’re delighted to be supporting a prestigious independent optical practice in Beaconsfield, renowned for its luxury eyewear collections, exceptional service, and clinical excellence. This opportunity is for a Qualified Dispensing Optician to join their team but also cover other local branches when needed.
This role offers the chance to combine hands-on dispensing with leadership responsibility in a beautifully presented, high-end environment.
Key Responsibilities
Dispense premium eyewear and lens solutions to meet each patient’s individual needs.
Maintain and enhance the boutique reputation of the practice through exceptional customer service.
What We’re Looking For
Fully qualified Dispensing Optician (GOC registered).
Previous experience working with high-end or boutique practices is essential.
Strong communication skills with the ability build rapport with patients.
Commercially aware with a passion for achieving performance goals.
Confident, professional, and committed to delivering a memorable patient experience.
The Package
Salary: Up to £35,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week including every Saturday
