Up to £30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission
Monday–Friday Only | Free Designer Glasses Every Year | No Weekends
Are you a qualified, GOC-registered Dispensing Optician with at least 3 years’ experience in optics and a natural flair for leadership?

YOU MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3-YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITHIN OPTICS.

About the Role:
As the practice’s lead Dispensing Optician, you’ll be central to both the clinical and commercial success of the business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering tailored dispensing services to every patient.
- Providing expert advice on lens and frame choices.
- Leading day-to-day operations and driving performance on the shop floor.
- Supporting business growth with your commercial input and product knowledge.
- Working a split week: 3 testing days and 2 non-testing days (single test room setup).
- Providing friendly, professional, and personalised service.
What We’re Looking For:
- GOC-registered Dispensing Optician
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in optics (essential – applications without this will not be considered)
- Confident dispensing knowledge with a hands-on, proactive approach
- Natural leader – capable of working independently and setting the tone for the team
- A professional and approachable manner, with a real passion for patient care
- Commercially aware and motivated to help drive performance
What’s On Offer:
- Up to £30,000 basic salary
