I’m working with a high-end, boutique-style independent optical practice to recruit a qualified Dispensing Optician for a part-time position (3.5 to 4 days per week). This is a practice that prioritises quality over quantity – with a focus on personalised care, premium products, and delivering an experience, not just a sale.
What You’ll Be Doing:
” Providing tailored eyewear styling using high-end frames and lenses
” Building long-term relationships with a loyal, style-conscious client base
” Delivering an exceptional customer journey from start to finish
” Working as part of a small, close-knit team that takes real pride in its service
” Offering clear, honest advice – no hard sell, no targets
What They’re Looking For:
” A qualified, GOC-registered Dispensing Optician
” Polished communication and a warm, confident manner
” A genuine passion for customer service and boutique retail
” Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for eyewear styling
” Someone who fits well into a calm, elegant, customer-focused setting
