Location: Leicestershire
Salary: £33,000–£35,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits
Hours: Tuesday–Saturday | No late nights | Sunday and Monday off

The Opportunity
As Assistant Practice Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the practice, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining high standards of patient care. You’ll work closely with the Practice Owner and Optometrist to ensure smooth operations, while continuing to use your clinical skills on the shop floor.
Ideal Candidate
- GOC-registered Dispensing Optician with at least 3–5 years’ experience
- Background in independents or premium multiple environments
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Keen to develop leadership and business management skills
- Friendly, team-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
