Responsibilities of the Optometrist
You will be expected to carry out a number of important duties within this role, these are as follows:

You must be able to provide excellent customer service and demonstrate very good clinical knowledge to clients and colleagues.

You must be able to provide eye tests, contact lens fittings.
-
You must have an organised approach to your work and be able to keep an updated record of each of your clientele.

You must be able to carefully and accurately administer sight tests to each patient.
-
You must be able to give your expert opinion where necessary and be able to answer any queries that patients or members of your team may encounter.
Requirements of the Optometrist
To work within this role, our client asks that you meet the minimum requirements, these are as follows:

You must be a Fully Qualified and GOC registered Optometrist.

You must have up to date CET requirements.

You must have a passion for helping people improve their eyecare and ability to deliver customer service to the highest level.

You must have a successful clinical background and experience in working within a healthcare role.

You must be able to demonstrate superb expertise, knowledge and interpersonal skills across all aspects of your work.
