Requirements of the Optical Practice Manager
To work well within this role, our client asks that you meet the minimum requirements:

You must be a fully qualified & GOC registered Optical Practice Manager.

You must be meet the minimum CET requirement.

You must possess natural leadership skills as this is integral to the role.

You must be driven to succeed and motivate your team.

You must have fantastic customer service capabilities, coupled with a passion for your work.
