Responsibilities of the OPM
In this role you will be expected to carry out the following duties on a daily basis, these include the following:

You must ensure the practice is operated in a professional way on a daily basis.

You must be able to motivate your team to always hit targets and ensure company standards are consistently being met.

You must be able to lead he practice from the front of store.
-
You must be able to complete a competitor analysis and keep track of the wider industry.
As you will have full control of the medical practice, it is your sole responsibility to report any concerns back to your company director.
Requirements of the OPM
The perfect candidate should fit the criteria listed below:
-
You must be a fully qualified and GOC Registered Dispensing Optician.

You must have key management skills and be able to demonstrate this in the workplace.
-
You must have excellent leadership and teaching qualities to new members of staff that join your team.
-
You must be up-to-date with the latest eye-wear trends that surface the optical industry and have an understanding of how competitors operate their business.
-
You must always look to grow the company and lead the optical market.
Benefits for the OPM
As a reward for your hard work in this position, our client is looking to offer a very high starting salary of £45,000 depending on the candidates experience.
Your GOC fees will also be paid as a complimentary gift and you will receive a number of healthcare and additional bonuses.
