Responsibilities of the Optical Practice Manager
As a Practice Manager you will spend your time on various aspects of meeting your customer’s needs precisely and competently. You will be helping patients with all their eye care needs, including dispensing spectacles and making sales as well as undertaking pre-screening and contact lens teaches. Managing the practice appointment diary giving consideration to patient appointment requests and staff availability. You will be taking full responsibility for the success and day to day running of the practice including management of staff, stock and the premises.

Previous experience as an Optical Practice Manager and have a real passion for providing fantastic customer care.

Demonstrate that you’re a natural when it comes to customer care and you’re articulate.

Be good with people with an organised approach and always happy to help, so you’ll be comfortable leading from the front.
Compensation for the Qualified Dispensing Optician
On offer for the right person is a competitive salary of £22,000 – £25,000 +bonus (dependent upon experience). You will have 34 days holiday and two free pair of glasses a year.
