- Basic salary between £50,000 – £65,000
- Generous bonus structure – earn an additional £10,000–£12,000 annually

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be:
- Conducting 25-minute sight tests in a fully pre-tested setup
- Performing contact lens fittings and aftercare
- Delivering clear recommendations and detailed handovers to support staff
- Helping maintain high clinical standards in line with GOC guidelines
- Supporting and potentially supervising pre-reg Optometrists
- Contributing to the ongoing success and reputation of the store
