Salary: Up to 40,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonus

The Opportunity
At Inspired Recruitment Group, we are working with a growing, high-end independent optical group that is looking for a qualified Dispensing Optician to join its friendly and established team in High Wycombe.

The Practice

The Role
As a Dispensing Optician, you will play an important part in the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care and advice.
Your responsibilities will include:
” Dispensing to all levels, offering tailored advice on frames and lenses.
” Building strong relationships with patients and delivering a personalised service.
” Carrying out adjustments, repairs and occasional reception duties.
” Supporting colleagues and contributing to the smooth running of the practice.
” Helping to develop the business while maintaining excellent standards of patient care.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
” Is a GOC-registered Dispensing Optician (all experience levels considered).
” Has a genuine passion for optics and patient care.
” Is friendly, approachable and confident building relationships.
” Enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
” Takes pride in their work and is keen to continue developing professionally.
Above all, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude who genuinely enjoys what they do.
Salary & Benefits
” Salary up to 40,000 DOE
” Uncapped annual team bonus
” Full-time, five days per week.
” Alternate Saturdays.
” Weekday hours: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.
” Saturday hours: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.
” 24 days’ annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
” Additional paid holiday between Christmas and New Year.
” GOC and ABDO fees paid.
