Experienced Recruitment Consultant – Optical & Audiology
£30,000 – £40,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped, Market-Leading Commission
Realistic OTE: £50,000 – £70,000+

This opportunity offers the chance to take over a thriving Optical & Audiology desk with everything already in place to help you succeed. You’ll inherit live vacancies, longstanding client relationships, repeat business, and an established candidate network, allowing you to focus on billing rather than building from scratch.

What’s on Offer?
- £30,000 – £40,000 basic salary depending on experience
- Uncapped, market-leading commission structure
- Realistic on-target earnings of £50,000 – £70,000+

Who We’re Looking For
You’ll already have experience within 360 recruitment and enjoy managing the full recruitment process, from taking on new clients and developing existing client relationships through to successful placements.
You’ll be someone who:
- Enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Takes pride in delivering an excellent recruitment service
- Is commercially aware and motivated by success
- Wants the freedom to manage your own desk without unnecessary micromanagement
- Is looking for a long-term career with genuine progression opportunities
