Salary: up to 25,000
Hours: Full time | 37.5 hours per week
Location: Liverpool
We are currently supporting a long-established independent optical practice in Liverpool City Centre, based in a busy and highly accessible area with on-site parking. The practice benefits from a steady patient flow and a diverse customer base, creating a fast-paced and engaging working environment.
Known for delivering personal, patient-focused eye care, the practice has built a strong reputation locally through consistent service and long-standing patient relationships. You’ll be joining a supportive, close-knit team where your experience will be valued, and you’ll have the opportunity to further develop your dispensing skills in a busy clinical setting.
Important Requirement:
You must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience working within optics. Applications without this will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the optometrist in day-to-day clinics
- Welcoming patients and delivering a warm, professional experience
- Assisting with frame styling, fittings, and adjustments
- Handling pre-screening tests and basic clinical admin
- Managing appointments and supporting front-of-house operations
- Ensuring the practice runs smoothly and efficiently
