Optical Assistant – East London

Salary: £26,000 – £28,000

The Role
Working as part of a busy dispensing team, you will support patients throughout their visit and help ensure the practice runs smoothly day to day.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting patients with frame and lens selection
- Supporting dispensing and taking measurements
- Pre-screening and basic clinical support
- Handling collections, fittings, and adjustments
- Managing appointments and reception duties
- Processing orders and maintaining accurate records
- Delivering excellent customer service consistently
- Working closely with the wider practice team
