Optometrist Opportunity – Surrey
Full-Time | Up to £65,800 DOE | No Sundays or Bank Holidays / Alternate Saturdays

We are working with a respected, community-focused independent with practices in Surrey that is looking to welcome a dedicated Optometrist into their friendly and professional team.
The Role
This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to work in a well-equipped practice where patient care comes first. You’ll be providing high-quality eye examinations, contact lens services, and specialist care while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive eye examinations and contact lens appointments
- Providing clear, patient-focused advice on eye health and visual care
- Using modern diagnostic equipment including OCT and visual field analysers
- Maintaining accurate patient records in line with professional standards
- Working closely with dispensing teams to ensure a smooth patient journey
- Supporting clinical standards and ongoing professional development
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Optometrist with current GOC registration
- Previous experience within a community practice setting
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- A friendly, patient-focused approach
- Additional accreditations such as GRR or Post-Cataract (beneficial but not essential)

- Salary between £54,800 and £65,800, depending on experience
- No Sunday or Bank Holiday working
