Optometrist – Chelmsford Area
Full time or part time considered
Up to £65,000 + 6k achievable bonus
Potential towards directorship
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, modern recently refurbished and well equip practice supported by a large, experienced clinical and support team.
The role
• 25-minute testing with full pre-screening completed
• No dispensing required
• Contact lens work welcomed but not essential
• Access to MECS, CUES and other enhanced services with further WOPEC development supported
• Modern clinical environment with advanced equipment
• One weekend day per week or alternate full weekends
What’s on offer
• £55,000 for newly qualified rising to £65,000 for experienced Optometrists
• Additional earnings through enhanced services and conversion bonus
• Typical bonus potential of £400–£500 per month
• GOC fees paid
• Indemnity insurance covered
• CET and ongoing professional development funded
