The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a customer-focused Optical Assistant to join a well-established optical practice in Harrow. We are seeking enthusiastic and personable individuals with previous optical experience who are committed to delivering excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities
-Dispensing spectacles to all levels
-Carrying out pre-screening tests and contact lens teaches
-Frame styling and advising patients on suitable optical solutions
-Reception duties and general administrative tasks
-Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
-Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service standards
Requirements
-Previous optical experience essential
-Confident dispensing spectacles at all levels
-Friendly, professional, and customer-focused manner
-Strong work ethic and ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
-Desire to progress and develop within the business
