Senior Optical Assistant – Cheshire | 37.5 Hours – Optical Experience Required!
If you’re an experienced Optical Assistant ready for a role that offers responsibility, progression, and a supportive team environment, this opportunity could be perfect for you.
Salary: £25,000 + bonus
Hours: Full-time | 5 days including all Saturdays (37.5 hrs per week)
Location: Cheshire
What’s on Offer:
- Bonus scheme: up to £150/month (£1,800/year)
- 34 days annual leave including bank holidays and your birthday off
- Free residential parking, 5-minute walk to the High Street
- Closed on a Sunday
About the Practice:
This is a well-established Opticians branch located on the High Street. The practice offers a full range of NHS and private eye care services, with a friendly team of 14 staff and 2 test rooms. The branch has a strong reputation locally for professional, approachable, and thorough patient care—making it a rewarding environment for an experienced Senior OA. Free residential parking is available just a 5-minute walk away.
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:30 (1-hour lunch)
- Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00 (30-min lunch)
About You:
- Experienced Optical Assistant, confident with dispensing and pre-screening
- Ideally 2+ years’ relevant experience but not restricted too
