This is an opportunity to take ownership of a well-established, high-demand specialist desk in Optical & Audiology. You’ll inherit live vacancies, repeat clients, and an engaged candidate network, so you’re not starting from scratch. Your success here is driven by quality conversations, commercial judgement, and delivery, not pointless KPIs.
You’ll suit this role if you’re an experienced recruiter who values ownership, autonomy, and doing recruitment properly. We back our consultants with trust, structure, and support and we celebrate success properly too.

You’ll take ownership of a well-established, high-demand desk with live vacancies, repeat clients, and an active candidate network already in place. You’re not starting from zero, the foundations are there. Your success will come from your ability to advise, build relationships, and deliver quality outcomes, not just rack up activity.

A £30,000–£40,000 basic salary (DOE), genuinely uncapped commission, and realistic earnings of £50,000–£70,000+.
