Practice Manager – Independent Opticians

We’re working with a well-established, independent optical practice in North Liverpool that’s looking for a dedicated and capable Practice Manager to join their friendly and professional team.
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 + Monthly Bonus (DOE)
Hours: Monday – Friday | 08:45 – 17:15
Location: Liverpool
The role
- Proven experience in a managerial role within optics – ideally from an independent practice.
- Strong dispensing knowledge and the ability to dispense to a high clinical standard.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A patient-focused approach with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer care.
