What You’ll Be Doing
Your primary role will be within the dispensing team, which currently includes around 10 team members. As the practice continues to grow, you’ll be playing a crucial role in delivering top-level service and driving sales.
Expect a hands-on, varied role that includes:
- Dispensing spectacles at all levels
- Conducting pre-screening and contact lens teaches
- Advising patients on frame styling and best options
- Handling reception duties and general admin
- Contributing to the overall flow and performance of the practice
