What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running the daily operations of a buzzing optical store
- Mentoring and guiding your team — helping them grow as you do
- Getting hands-on with dispensing, pre-screening, frame styling, and contact lens teaches
- Delivering outstanding customer service and playing a key role in the store’s success
Who You Are:
- You’ve got at least 1 year of optical experience and some time in a supervisory role under your belt
- Your dispensing game is strong — across all levels
- You’re professional, friendly, and know how to bring out the best in others
- You’re ambitious, proactive, and passionate about optical care and career growth
