A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Dispensing Optician Manager / Dispensing Optician who wants to progress in their career and develop their optical and business skills.

YOU MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3-YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITHIN OPTICAL MANAGEMENT.

This is a great role for either an experienced Dispensing Optician Manager, or a Dispensing Optician seeking to develop managerial and leadership skills.
This Opticians are an award winning, nationally renowned independent opticians based in Bristol. You’ll be working in a beautifully fitted practice with a great atmosphere and a friendly supportive team.

Requirements of the Optical Practice Manager
GOC registered
Strong customer service ethos
Team player
Good communication skills
Proactive with great organisational skills
Dedicated and flexible to meet demands of a growing business
Be knowledgeable about lenses and frames, be able to recommend suitable products to customers and use the customers language to explain the features and benefits
Check and fit spectacles to a high standard.
Be aware of your own KPIs and be proactive in developing and maintaining them.
Maintain a friendly, warm and welcoming atmosphere in practice.
Work with the team to grow and develop the practices.
This role is subject to DBS clearance.
