This displays maturity and awareness as well as providing you with information on how to succeed in the job. Interesting information will also be discussed with regards to how these challenges have affected the business and how you could be a major asset in meeting some of these challenges.

People love to talk about themselves, and this will help you learn more about the Manager and how to establish common ground. In many cases you find out more about a company when you ask people to describe it from their personal point of view. It also highlights your ability to communicate with people and get them to open up.
